Delivery and Pickup: We will take your vehicle to the agreed upon location in Coyhaique or Balmaceda airport and its surroundings. Hassle-free!

Payment Methods: You can pay with a debit card, credit card, or even cash via bank transfer. You choose what is most convenient for you!

Guarantee Retention: While you enjoy the car, we will hold it as a guarantee. We will return it to you after a prior inspection, within a maximum period of 24 hours.

Signing of Contract: You just need to sign the rental contract, accepting our terms and conditions.

Induction: We will give you a brief introduction to the use of the vehicle and safety measures. We want you to feel safe when driving.

Full Pond: We deliver the vehicle with a full tank of gas! So you can head straight out on your adventure. Remember that you must return the vehicle in the same condition, also with a full tank of gas.

Cleaning: Vehicle cleaning is included in the end-of-rental service, so you can enjoy your trip without worries.

Basic Insurance: We include basic insurance (CDW and DAT) so you can travel with peace of mind.

Additional Driver: Here comes the best part! You can add an additional driver at no extra cost. This way you can share the driving experience while exploring beautiful Patagonia.

Baby Seats and Boosters: If you are travelling with children, we offer baby seats or booster seats free of charge, depending on stock availability.

Unlimited Mileage: Because we want you to explore Patagonia without limits! We offer unlimited mileage during your rental, so you can explore every corner of this beautiful region.

ID: You will need your ID card or passport, make sure they are valid when signing the contract!

Age: You must have at least 25 years fulfilled in order to rent the vehicle.

Driver license: It is important that you have a valid driver's license that allows you to drive the car you choose. If you have a foreign license, no problem! Just make sure it is valid until the date you return the vehicle.
